In accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration of Home Inspectors (CMR266), all licensed home inspectors are required to notify the client that answers to the following questions should be ascertained from the seller and/or the seller痴 representative, because they are important and relevant to the purchase of the inspected dwelling and may not be readily observable through inspection.
